This not only avoids mechanical processing but also eliminates the thermal stress and impact of welding, and the thickness of the repair is not limited. At the same time, the product's wear resistance and concession, which metal materials do not possess, ensure 100% contact and cooperation at the repair site, reducing equipment impact and vibration, preventing wear, and greatly extending the service life of equipment components (including bearings), saving the company a lot of downtime and creating immense economic value. Cold welding repair method: The cold welding machine uses the principle of high-frequency electric spark discharge to perform non-thermal build-up welding on metal surfaces. Therefore, during the repair of defects such as sand holes and scratches on the rollers, there is no deformation, no annealing, no undercutting, and no residual stress, and the metal microstructure remains unchanged.


With high correction accuracy, the coating thickness ranges from a few micrometers to several millimeters. It can perform corrective functions such as deposition, sealing, and repair on metal workpieces exhibiting defects like wear, scratching, pinholes, cracks, damage deformation, reduced hardness, sand holes, and other impairments. These corrections only require grinding and polishing, and also allow for various mechanical processes like turning, milling, planing, and grinding, as well as subsequent processes like electroplating.
