High-speed steel centrifugal composite roll

The metallographic structure consists of martensite and approximately 10% MC, M2C, and M6C carbides. These carbides exhibit exceptionally high hardness. Through special heat treatment, an ideal and stable microstructure and stress state are achieved. The hardness ranges from 75 to 90HSD. This material possesses excellent wear resistance, thermal crack resistance, and high-temperature oxidation resistance. Additionally, the surface is smooth and polished during the rolling process, exhibiting a mirror-like effect, thus ensuring high quality of the rolled material surface.
