High nickel-chromium centrifugal composite cast iron roll

The metallographic structure consists of bainite, a small amount of martensite, 25-35% Fe3C carbide, and 1-5% graphite. Its modified version has a lower amount of graphite and a higher content of Fe3C carbide. Due to the addition of alloys such as V and Nb to the composition, the matrix contains a small amount of ultra-high hardness and dispersedly distributed MC-type carbides.
